Get those (virtual) paddles ready! AERS is pleased to announce the return of one of our favorite in-person conference events by once again hosting a Silent Auction at the spring 2024 meeting.  All proceeds from the Silent Auction go to support our student endowment fund, with provides support to attend AERS and CERF conferences through travel grants, as well as to students conducting novel research through a small research grant.  

Auction items will be displayed on site, but bids will be taken here on a virtual platform. You do not have to attend the AERS meeting to bid, but you must have someone attending on your behalf to pick up items in person .  Bidding will open the day before the conference on Wednesday March 20^th . Bidding will end Friday, March 22nd at 6 PM.

All items must be paid for and picked up in person by the morning break on Saturday.  If you are the high bidder, a paypal invoice will be sent to you at the end of the auction, which you can pay via credit card, debit card, or paypal funds.  Alternatively you can use the form below to generate an invoice to pay via the AERS website.  Please be sure to put in the comments the item you are paying for and the correct amount of your final bid.  You may combine items if you win multiple auctions!
