The VIMS Dive-In Committee is proud to present a lunchtime ally and community education session.  Based on the He, She, Ze & We training, this event will help attendees expand their knowledge about gender identity and learn ways to provide a more welcoming, inclusive environment to Transgender and Nonbinary individuals. Given the specific scientific/research audience we hope to touch on issues with gender identity in the field and discuss the paper, Navigating Gender at Sea
